I was recently asked by the senior leader of an organization to provide feedback on their front-line huddles. This was a humbling request. However, I missed what they expect from their huddles. What is the purpose of their huddles? What behaviors do they want the huddle system to drive or influence?
If we identify the desired behaviors, we can measure the gaps with the actual behaviors. We can conduct tests of change to reduce the quantified behavioral gap and improve the effectiveness of the huddles.
