Too often, I encounter systems and processes that feel like a crumpled sheet of paper—functional, perhaps, but riddled with inefficiencies. Teams work hard, but progress is slow. Problems reoccur. Frustration builds. Despite the effort, the results fall short of their full potential.

But what if that crumpled system wasn’t broken—just waiting to be reshaped?

Just as an artist can take a simple sheet of paper and fold it into an intricate origami masterpiece, organizations have the potential to transform their processes into something elegant, efficient, and precise.
